This page stays short because there is not much to disclose: no accounts, no saved course lists, no student records ever touching a server. Here is exactly what that means in practice, plus the routine web traffic that comes with visiting any page.
Open any calculator here, GPA, weighted GPA, grade, final grade, fraction, algebra, whichever one, and the arithmetic runs in the script your browser already loaded. A grade, a credit hour, a test score you type goes into that local computation and nowhere else. There is no submit button wired to a server, no database row created for your inputs, no log entry with your numbers in it. Navigate away from the page and the values are gone, not archived somewhere on our end.
Like any hosted site, our server and analytics provider record the routine stuff: which page loaded, an approximate location from IP address, what kind of browser and device rendered it, and which site sent you here. That log line never includes what you typed into a calculator field, because those figures never reach a server in the first place, only the request for the page itself does.
Two things set cookies on this site: Google Analytics, so we can see traffic patterns in aggregate, and Google AdSense, so ads can be somewhat relevant to you. Turn off ad personalization in your Google account, or block cookies outright in your browser; either way every calculator keeps working exactly the same, since none of them depend on a cookie to do their math.
Your name, email and message route through Web3Forms, a third-party form handler, straight to an inbox we check personally. We do not build a mailing list from contact submissions and do not hand that information to anyone else.
A number of links on this site are affiliate links, Amazon among them, which pay us a small commission if you buy something after clicking through. Following one hands you off to that destination's own cookie and privacy practices, not this site's. A good share of the people who land here are doing homework, which is exactly why nothing on this site asks for a name, a school, or a student ID to function. We do not knowingly gather personal information from anyone under 13, and no calculator requires a login.
Any change to how analytics, ads, or the contact form operate gets reflected here, with the date at the top updated to match. We do not send an email notice for policy changes, since the only addresses we ever see are the ones typed voluntarily into the contact form.
